Inq questions (11b)

I think that one of the best questions we went over in class was one that Terrance asked. It was, Would you hire a critical thinker or a hard worker? It’s a question that I like to think about in regards to myself. I think I'm a hard worker when I want to be. Which is pretty much working on anything except school. When I work at my job, I try to push myself. I try to do everything a little bit better every day. I work hard because I know that I'm working for someone else. I want to prove that I can work hard for someone else. But when I work for myself, I don’t try enough. For some reason, I thrive when working for someone else but when I work for myself, I don’t try. I think I'm a hard worker but not so much a critical thinker. I work hard when u need to but other task that may require a lot of thinking outside the box challenge me. When I play music, I think outside the box. I can play whatever I want whenever I want. I can create beats and harmony's without even thinking. Music is just something that comes to me naturally. But other tasks, like schoolwork are hard for me. I don’t know if it’s the work or just my procrastination. But something I am learning to work with is the readings. I think that being able to understand the readings will help me a lot more. I need to be able to anticipate the questions. But it's something that will work more overtime.
